The Institute for Environmental Studies at TCU is a collaboration between various departments on campus as well as outside institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and private businesses, all focused on providing integrated solutions to local and global environmental issues. We recognize that adequate solutions to environmental problems require well-informed ethical, political, economic, social, and cultural perspectives, in addition to basic science, and our programs and initiatives reflect such interdisciplinary thinking.
