CoreStrengths Level 1 (formerly SDI) 2-Day Workshop

TCU’s workforce is more diverse than ever making it critical to understand how different outlooks impact our everyday interactions. This virtual session serves to help build your relationship intelligence (RQ) by exploring motives and values that drive behaviors (strengths and overdone strengths) to better understand yourself and others. This understanding of ‘Results through Relationships’ can help you lead with clarity, build strong teams and better manage conflict.

Core Strengths (formerly Total SDI) is the new online platform that empowers your ongoing application of RQ.  It engages the learner with real-time assessment results, access to new resources, and tools to build your network of stronger teams to reflect the many ways we work together at TCU.

*Registration will close 1 week prior to scheduled session to allow time to complete assessments.
