Addie 101 - Introduction

Registration is required to attend due to the need for specific system security and user permissions.

This session introduces new users to Blackbaud CRM (Addie), the system TCU Advancement uses to manage relationships with constituents who support the university’s mission and fundraising efforts. Participants will learn how to log in, navigate key areas of the system, search for constituents, and access and review constituent records.
