Work may be dropped off at Moudy Gallery with the Gallery Attendant at the following times:
Monday, February 7th, 11am – 4pm
Tuesday, February 8th, 11am – 4pm
On arrival at Moudy Gallery, please complete a submission form for each work. You may enter up to three art works in any media. Attach a submission form to each work entered.Any medium is accepted (painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, design, video, installation, performance, etc.)
All current TCU students are eligible to submit art work. Works must have been created in the last year and must not have been exhibited in Moudy Gallery before.
2D works should be ready to hang. The following will be accepted:
works that are framed with D-rings
works that are unframed should include written instructions for hanging (eg. use magnets, use T-pins, se command strips, etc.)
If you are unsure about how to present your work, please discuss with your Professor or contact the Gallery ahead of your submission. We are happy to help you find practical hanging solutions.
Please submit written instructions for installation of any audio-visual works. Let us know what equipment you need. Students should provide files in user-friendly formats or working links to appropriate websites.
Entries NOT selected for exhibition must be picked up from the Moudy Gallery Attendant on February 10th or 11th, 11am-4pm or February 12th, 1-4pm.
