ANTI-RACIST SERIES WITH DR. CHEZARE WARREN

As the Texas Christian University (TCU) community prepares to virtually welcome renown American author, professor, anti-racist activist, and historian of race and discriminatory policy in America; Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, to speak in April 25, 2023, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion will be initiating a 3-part certificate initiative to engage its students, faculty, staff, and administrators in conversation about fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion to combat racism in university settings.

To receive a certificate of completion, participants must complete the following: 1) one lecture, 2.) one workshop, and 3.) attend Dr. Kendi’s speaking event. ALL sessions are virtual.

Informative Lecture for All: Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 3:30 – 5:00pm CST
Student Session: March 22, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. CST
Faculty & Staff Workshop: Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 3:00 – 4:30pm CST
