What is unconscious bias? How does it impact the ways in which we interact with one another, make decisions, or engage in our work? In this session, participants learn about unconscious bias and implicit bias as well as the ways it may influence communication and decision-making.

A variety of interactive activities will give participants multiple opportunities to explore the concepts presented. Participants will also learn a variety of ways in which we can mitigate the impact of unconscious bias in our professional and personal lives.
