About this Event
In this 1 hour interactive session, participants will be introduced to one of the several 'Breathwork' practices that has been used by meditators from the east. Knowledge on importance of Breath as an indicator of one's state of mind and how breath can be used as a tool to calm the mind will be shared. Participants will also be given an experience of meditation.
