Hello everybody! I am Gabriel McCarthy the president of the Math Club this year. I am pleased to announce our first meeting of the semester. We will be doing Pizza Pi Jeopardy! We will have pizza, play related jeopardy, and have origami available. The meeting is next Thursday the 4th from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in TUC 352.Come join us to have some pizza and a fun start to the semester with Math Club! Outside of Math Club meetings there are also some upcoming opportunities related to Math that some of you may be interested in. The Texas Undergraduate Math Conference will be happening in October, and it is a great opportunity for students to learn about professional opportunities in Mathematics, research, and fun Math stuff. Additionally, the Putnam competition is on December 6th with the potential to win prizes!
