View mapMimir Chamber Music Festival, the premier festival in the Southwest dedicated exclusively to the study and performance of chamber music, celebrates its 27th season, July 3-12. Concerts are held at TCU's PepsiCo Recital Hall, with a matinee at Renzo Piano Pavilion at the Kimbell Art Museum
There will be five captivating Mimir Artists concerts, featuring an all-star cast including celebrated pianist John Novacek, the Horszowski Trio and familiar faces from the Chicago, Kansas City and Houston symphonies and The Cleveland Orchestra.
Mimir continues its tradition of providing an incredible educational experience for up-and-coming musicians via its Emerging Artists program. Our 2024 Emerging Artists include musicians from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, and returning from 2023, Trio Ondata, top prize winners at the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition, as they prepare for their New York debut at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall.
Mimir Artists concerts are July 3, 5, 7 (matinee), 9, and 12. All concerts are 7:30 pm; matinee is 2 pm. Emerging Artists concerts are July 6 and July 11.
