What is unconscious bias? How does it impact the ways in which we interact with one another, make decisions or engage in our work? In this session, participants will learn about unconscious bias, both implicit and explicit as well as the ways it may influence your communication and decision-making. A variety of interactive activities will give participants multiple opportunities to explore the concepts presented. Participants will also learn a variety of ways in which we can mitigate the impact of unconscious bias in our professional and personal lives.
