Your Personal Brand: Career Building, Selling, & Thriving. A virtual Q&A with Walmart's First-Ever Female Executive Vice President and Noted Author, Celia Swanson

Join Celia Swanson, Walmart's first-ever Executive Vice President and noted author, for an engaging webinar. She will be joining the Amplify Women in Sales community from the TCU Sales Center for a publicly available, open-access virtual gathering on May 4th, 12 pm - 1 pm CST.

Celia's industry accomplishments include the following:
- Led large-scale transformation for Walmart U.S.
- Rebranded the division of Sam’s Club, a $50 billion business.
- Led through eight CEO transitions at Sam’s Club and Walmart U.S.
- Led as a corporate executive through two major recessions.

Celia works with executive leaders, board directors, and leadership teams to help navigate their toughest challenges.

Celia is also passionate about championing women to achieve their fullest potential as well as identify what they want out of their career and build plans to reach their goals. Celia shares her story in her book, Gracious and Strong, and blog at in hopes that even a small detail of it resonates and inspires emerging leaders.

The session will be opened by Daniel Pullin, the John V. Roach Dean of the TCU Neeley School of Business and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Dean Pullin serves as a steward to TCU and its business community partners.

Q&A will be led by the TCU Sales Center's newest faculty member and executive mentor to the TCU Neeley family, Sandy Weissinger. Sandy spent the last decade as a leading sales manager with Harvard Business Publishing, has served in meaningful board leadership, and thrived in sales leadership ranks for over 20 years of inspiring accomplishments. During the Q&A session, Sandy will be joined by two student interns from Amplify Women in Sales.
