DESCRIPTION:Responsible Conduct of Research training is required for all st
 udents\, postdocs and faculty who are paid from grant funds\, and all post
 doctoral fellows/associates. The training focuses on ethical issues in res
 earch and covers Conflict of Interest\, Research Misconduct\, Data Managem
 ent and Authorship\, Human and Animal Subjects research\, and an overview 
 of the various research committees. NIH and NSF have specific RCR training
  requirements that may go beyond this training. If you are unsure of the t
