Graduate research science students and clinical nurse anesthesia residents team up to collaborate on developing research studies to address clinical questions.
Learn about the roles and responsibilities of other professions, practice effective communication, and develop skills in team building and teamwork.
- Fall 2025’s workshop centers on the altered metabolism of a common opioid medication that can have serious adverse effects.
- Scientists and clinicians will bring their expertise in developing research studies to explore the mechanisms of altered metabolism and devise strategies to counteract the adverse effects.
- Work together: explore the pharmacogenomics of opioids
