The right strengths at the right time creates effective collaborations, personal responsibility and productive relationships. People are complex, which can make certain interactions challenging. Gain a better understanding of how individuals approach conflict and methods on how to prevent, manage and productively resolve conflicts. The SDI Applied session explores the concept of borrowing or dialing up your own strengths based on others motivations and finding ways to achieve better results regardless of your role on a team. **Prerequisite: Completion of SDI Level I assessment session
