We will be hosting three informational sessions on Wednesday, October 22, for the 2026 TCU COE Research & Pedagogy Festival.

Please choose one session to attend:

    A. 10:00 am, Palko 223

    B. 3:00 pm, Palko 223

    C. 7:00 pm, Zoom LINK

TENTATIVE TIMELINE:

• October 22, 2025 (Wednesday)- Attend Informational Session

• By November 21, 2025 (Friday) - Meet with Assigned Faculty Advisor (Topics/Ideas) *Not sure who your Faculty Advisor is, please email Lori Kimball:  l.kimball@tcu.edu 

• December 3, 2025 (Wednesday)- Formulate Your Research Plan / Submit the Intent to Participate (Google Form)

• January 5, 2026 (Monday) - Review TCU COE Research & Pedagogy Materials 

• February 25, 2026 (Wednesday)- Submit Poster to Faculty Advisor for Review

• March 13, 2026 (Friday)- Submit Poster to Research & Pedagogy Festival Committee for Review

• March 30, 2026 (Monday)- Feedback will be emailed to participants for final revisions.

• April 3, 2026 (Friday) - Final poster is due with revisions for printing or a digital presentation.

• April 8, 2026 (Wednesday) *If we do not use a digital format (ie, Monitors/Screens), paper posters will need to be printed and delivered to Bailey 203 / Palko 352 by 5:00 pm.

• April 14, 2026 (Tuesday) *TCU COE Research & Pedagogy Festival, BLUU Ballroom 

  • 4:30 pm-5:15 pm Undergraduate Presentation Session

  • 5:15 pm-6:15 pm Excellence in Education Alumni & Research & Pedagogy Festival Awards

  • 6:15 pm-7:15 pm Graduate Presentation Session
