About this Event
Join us for a Women’s History Month event exploring “Rest as Resistance,” a powerful conversation on reclaiming rest as a form of empowerment, healing, and social change. Our featured speaker will reflect on how rest challenges burnout culture, honors well-being, and creates space for women to thrive personally and collectively.
The program will include lunch and an opportunity for Q&A.
