In conjunction with the university’s Sesquicentennial celebration, the TCU Black Excellence Gala will commemorate and honor the contributions Black students, faculty, staff and alumni have made to the institution throughout its 150-year history. The program will feature performances by talented artists, and awards will be presented to TCU-affiliated honorees who have been nominated and selected to be recognized for their significant influences on the TCU community.  All funding received will support the gala and any remaining proceeds will be contributed to the TCU Black Alumni Alliance Scholarship.
