DESCRIPTION:TCU Professor of English Dr. Charlotte Hogg will speak on “Beyo
 nd #BamaRush: How Belonging Happens in White Sorority Recruitments\,” based
  on her forthcoming book\, White Sororities and the Cultural Work of Belong
 ing. \n\n \n\nDr. Hogg specializes in rhetoric & composition\, women’s rhet
 orics\, rural literacies\, and creative nonfiction. She is the author of Fr
 om the Garden Club: Rural Women Writing Community and co-author of Rural Li
 teracies with Kim Donehower and Eileen Schell. They also co-edited Reclaimi
 ng the Rural: Essays on Literacy\, Rhetoric\, and Pedagogy\, and with Shari
  Stenberg\, she co-edited Persuasive Acts: Women’s Rhetorics in the Twenty-
 first Century. Her writing has appeared in The Washington Post\, Inside Hig
 her Ed\, and a number of academic and creative journals. She is currently t
 he Director of Composition at TCU\, overseeing the two writing courses in T
 CU’s Core Curriculum at the heart of TCU’s liberal arts education.\n\n \n\n

 n never be guaranteed as we share it with the BLUU\, and it is the largest 
 visitor’s lot on the west side of campus. You may park in the Frog Alley Pa
 rking Garage which can be entered off Stadium Drive just north of the Kelly
  Center between our facility and Ranch Management.
