TCU CALM (Compassionate Awareness and Living Mindfully) Studies is sponsoring a free online event titled “Teaching Contemplative Practices to Underserved Children and Youth.”
 
The program will feature Ross Robinson who is the Manager of Training, Program Implementation, and Quality at the Holistic Life Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland. It will also feature Sarah Sampson who is the founder of The Art of the Circle in Dallas and co-founder of The Mind Body Ecology Institute.
 
The panel discussion will focus on integrating mindfulness, Social and Emotional Learning, and other contemplative practices into K–12 and university classrooms to promote learning, well-being, and belonging.
