Join Blue Zones Project as we present Lauren Wessinger of Mindful Project for "The Mindful Life," a one-hour virtual workshop on how to create a life you don’t need a vacation from. Expect discussion, tips and tools on how to downshift parts of your day, invite mindfulness into your home and family, and create healthy habits for your body, heart and mind.
Wessinger has taught yoga and meditation for 12 years. She founded The Mindful Project in 2018, bringing mindfulness to the workplace. She is currently a student in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program through University of California Berkeley, and also operates an online yoga and meditation membership. Wessinger also co-hosts a weekly mindfulness podcast called Mindful Talk.
The program is free and will be presented via ZOOM, but advanced registration required.
