About this Event
The Infiltrators
Young Undocumented activists purposefully get themselves detained in a for-profit migrant detention center in Florida in order to expose the harsh brutality of migrant detention. Mixing documentary with re-enactment, this film blurs genres to show in full force the life of undocumented people in the United States and the bravery of young activists trying to take on the system. Join Professors Luis Romero and Randa Tawil for a discussion of migrant detention, undocumented activism, and immigration in the United States.
We will watch the film together and then discuss it!
