Looking for an easy way to give back and help others in need? TCU Staff Assembly partnered with Morningside Elementary this holiday season for a coat drive and other necessities. This area of the Fort Worth Community has recently been identified as having the lowest life expectancy in the entire state of Texas. Many families struggle with food insecurity and staying warm as the seasons change. Being just a few miles from campus, Morningside has over 400 students this project can support.

Our drive will officially run December 7-14^th, and we hope that these families can have the coats before Fort Worth ISD closes for its winter break on December 21^st. You can participate in many ways. There is a Wishlist with a few requested food staples, coats, mittens, and hats. If you would like to donate a gently used coat (child or adult sizes) or a monetary donation for Staff Assembly to shop with, please email Courtney Hendrix.
