Description: Join us for an engaging workshop designed to cover a combination of YuJa basic and intermediate skills! In this 1-hour, hands-on session, you’ll discover how YuJa can enhance the teaching and learning experience through the power of videos. In the first segment of our training, you'll discover how to access the platform through D2L, set up your account, organize your media, create a simple video, and share it with your students through D2L. In the second segment of our training, we’ll explore more complex features, including accessing YuJa independently from D2L, creating videos from your mobile phone, trimming existing videos, bookmarking chapters, managing closed captions, and sharing access-restricted links. Finally, we'll guide you on how to get support with YuJa and explore upcoming training opportunities available to you.

Note: This training serves as a foundation for the advanced YuJa workshop.

Prepare in Advance: Time permitting, please:

1. Bring any questions you have about YuJa.

2. Bring your mobile phone to allow us to record videos from the YuJa mobile app. 

Badges: Once you successfully complete this training, you will receive the digital YuJa Basic and YuJa Intermediate training badges.
