Sid W. Richardson Physical Sciences Building houses the departments of geology, physics, environmental science and chemistry, as well as the prestigious Monnig Meteorite Gallery. Considered an architectural work of art, Sid Richardson provides some of the University's largest lecture halls. The name of the science complex honors the foundation from which the construction was funded, established by prominent Fort Worth oilman and rancher Sid W. Richardson.
